Since 2011 until 2017 Michelle has taught a Masterclass for the London College of Clinical Hypnosis with the focus on weight loss and healthy nutrition, during this time she has studied for two additional courses herself, to help develop her own knowledge and skills one in basic nutrition and the other in fitness and nutrition. She now puts this into practice to help others break through some of the myths associated with an unhealthy lifestyle.

Coombe Lane Clinic is committed  to helping people take control of their life and has made healthy nutrition a specialism, this means evolving tools and strategies that work. Self Esteem is often one of the symptoms of unhealthy weight gain, and establishing confidence and motivation will often not come until a sense of self worth has been bought back into focus.

You have some rights, and it is an important step to help individuals recognise that they have the right to choose to be free of the habits and obstacles of the past, and take control of their own life once and for all time. 

If you want to get well, you have to let your body heal and repair, if you want to get fit, you have to let your body exercise (that doesn't mean having to go to the gym everyday, unless that is what you enjoy). If you want to lose weight then you have to consume enough to let your body work properly, use good fuel and not the fuel that will be converted into stores/fat. This does mean recognising you have some choices to make, and without doubt some changes to make. But your worth it.. you can do it.

Your body is all you have, treat it with the respect it deserves and it will reward you, take it for granted fuel it with junk food and drink, and it will not work efficiently, it will become sluggish and tired.
